PathPoint Announces Andi Gail Pirnat as Chief Human Resources Officer

Santa Barbara, California (July 21, 2023) PathPoint announced the appointment of Andi Gail Pirnat, B.Sc., MBA, SPHR, as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Andi brings a wealth of knowledge and more than 20 years of experience in strategic human resources management.

 

Andi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University at Bakersfield, California, and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University in Boston. Andi is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma. Andi’s expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including hyper-growth solutions, strategic planning, change management, talent development, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvements.

Pirnat takes the reigns from Mark Maynard who is retiring later in 2023 after four plus years of outstanding service. Andi and Mark are working together to support a smooth transition as PathPoint looks forward to an exciting future.
