Permanent Supportive Housing

In Santa Barbara and Goleta, PathPoint owns four Permanent Supportive Housing properties which accept the Section 8 Tenant-Based Voucher. Referrals for these properties come from the Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness.

These homes offer a less intensive level of care than our Adult Residential Facilities and are aimed at supporting people with behavioral health diagnoses to live independently in their community with the right mental health services, case management, and recovery support. Within these properties, a unified team of PathPoint's case managers, direct care staff, and qualified mental health professionals work with nurses and a psychiatrist offer comprehensive care. The goal is to support clients to manage their complex diagnosis, retain stable housing, and maximize independence.

How to Access Services
