Full Service Partnership

Full Service Partnership (also known as Paths to Recovery) is a mobile, community-based mental health program in which registered nurses, psychiatrists, case managers, and qualified mental health professionals provide treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation, and basic medical care that allows clients to achieve recovery. Founded in 2008, Full Service Partnership (FSP) supports people with a severe, persistent mental illness who are experiencing homelessness or living in supportive housing.

FSP’s intended outcome is for participants to maintain stable housing, implement effective coping strategies for their diagnosis, and identify physical and emotional health needs before a crisis escalates, thereby avoiding costly interactions with emergency services such as hospitals, jails, shelters, and law enforcement. The core tenet of the service is to meet clients’ mental health needs wherever they are – in the home and on the streets.

How to Access Services
All client referrals for FSP come from the Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness. If you or someone you know would benefit from this service, please contact the county by calling or visiting their website:
