PathPoint Announces Seth Miller Newly Appointed Vice President of South Santa Barbara County

Santa Barbara, CA – PathPoint welcomes Seth Miller as PathPoint South Santa Barbara’s newly appointed Vice President.

Founded in Santa Barbara in 1964, PathPoint provides support services that empower people with disabilities, economic disadvantages, and mental illness to live and work as valued members of their communities

Seth Miller brings with him years of nonprofit leadership experience as he steps into this Vice President role. A Westmont graduate, Miller also received his Master in Psychology at Antioch University.

Miller’s previous work as Program Director of Cornerstone House of Santa Barbara, shaped a passion for leadership. However, it was his role as an Instructional Assistant in the Special Education Department through Santa Barbara School District that established a dedication to serve individuals with disabilities. For the past 8 years Miller’s role at PathPoint was as Program Manager of Community Services. This role has shaped Miller’s experiences and the shift to Vice President of South Santa Barbara was a natural transition.

When asked how Miller felt about accepting the position, he stated:

“I am so honored and excited to serve as PathPoint South Santa Barbara’s next Vice President and further the important work that this organization has been doing in our community since 1964. It is my expectation and commitment that our efforts will continue to have deep and lasting impacts on people with developmental disabilities and other disadvantages as well as the community we all share.”
